Do you ship to my country?

At this time we are only shipping to the lower 48 continuous (USA) states.  As we grow, International shipping will become available.  

What are my payment options?
  • During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. 

    What happens after I place my order?

    • Please allow 2-5 business days for your item to ship unless otherwise noted in the product's description.  Once your order has shipped, please allow 2-7 business days for your order to arrive.  
    •  Many of the items we carry are shipped directly from the designer and made to order.  You may receive your order in multiple shipments from multiple warehouses. (you will not be charged multiple shipping charges.
    • Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email followed by a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

    Can you rush a shipment?

    • All Lu's Bark Avenue Boutique's orders ship ground service.  If you require a rush shipment, please contact us with the order you wish to place and your desired delivery date.  We will do our absolute best to accommodate your request.

    How much do you charge for shipping?

    • Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.In order to simplify shipping charges, most items ship for a flat rate of $5.00. Kindly note that bulky items such as beds, carriers, and furniture will incur additional charges which will be reflected in your cart.  Shipping costs are calculated AFTER all discounts have been applied to your cart at check out.

    Will I be charged sales tax?

    • Rhode Island residents are required to pay a 7% sales tax

    Do you accept returns?

    • Due to strict health restrictions, we can not accept returns of the following items:
    • Beds, Carriers, Bowls, Feeders, Blankets, Belly Bands, Diapers
    • Personalized and special ordered items can not be returned.
    • Please view our Return Policy for further details on our return process. (Located at the bottom of our home page)
    • Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items can't be refunded.
